Event only for invite people

Hi, we need create a event for invite people and for others will be not visible.. Is this some possible? i tried create password protected event, but sidebar with tickets is still visible.. we use Avada theme… thanks for help

The short answer is yes. This is possible.

Depending on your needs, it might be a matter of:

1. Using a plugin such as Members. This would let you completely hide content from users that are not part of a certain Group. The downside is that this requires users to be logged-in. You can read about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
2. Try the password protected approach but after experimenting with the different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps.
3. Tweaking the custom the Events Calendar template already present in the Avada theme folders.

   You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

   Basically the goal here would be to make sure the sidebar goes in the loop of password protected event.
