Event – notifications

Great looking product guys.

We have a use case where there are 3-5 events per month.

The events will be published and we want this workflow

A potential attendee to be able to register as an expression of interest
Then a notification will go to the event organiser
Then the event organiser manually invoices the business

How is this possible with your product – can you please explain that as I can’t see it in the knowledge base.

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

I can help answer your questions.

We do not have exact features to do as you describe.

You could use one of our ticketing plugins such as WooCommerce Tickets.

Create a free ticket, which someone would have to go through the checkout process to “register”.

That would then notify the site admin, who could forward it to an Organizer.

We do not have a feature to send an order notification to an Organizer though. That maybe possible, but would involve a customization in WooCommerce.
