'Event' Not Available in Screen Options in WPEC Product Page

Using: Events Calendar PRO, 3.9.1, purchased today.
WPEC Ticketing, 3.9, purchased today.
WP-Ecommerce, 3.9.1
Plugin deactivation did not resolve. Theme change to Twenty Fourteen did not resolve.

I’ve got the same problem on two different projects – first license I purchased was for lakearrowhedchamber.com – I created one event/product/ticket – and then the Screen Option for ‘Events’ disappeared from the Page Options, and is not listed in Screen Options. Have had to clone that event/product/ticket and modify since.

New license, new installation on foodpantryofwasilla.org — ‘Event’ is not in Page Options, not available in Screen Options.

Assumed it was my error for weeks now – beginning to think it is not. Please advise.

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.

I am not clear to where the issue is happening.

What page is the screen options for Events not showing? The Single Event Editor? or the Single WPEC Product Editor?

Event tickets are always created in the Event themselves and not in the Product Page following these steps:

Are you not seeing those?
