Event location not saving

When adding an event, we’re finding that the event location is not saving. When the Edit page reloads, the ‘Use Saved Venue’ dropdown is blank, as if nothing has been selected. And the live page shows no map. I’ve re-created my site on a staging server, applied the 2016 Theme, and disabled all but the Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO plugins, and the issue remains.

Hi Kyle,

So sorry you’re having these issues with your venues saving. I’m going to do some testing on this and get back with you, but so far I’ve been unable to replicate it. I will follow up once I have more info, but I wanted to let you know I am working on it.

I hate to ask, but could you possibly do the conflict testing on the actual install where you’re having problems? While I work on this, it may also be worth reaching out to your host to see if they have anything configured that may put limitations on the location data features.

We’ll get this sorted.
