ParticipantI am having an issue on the map and calendar when the search bar is turned on. The events don’t populate on either page and when the search is turned off, only the calendar shows events. The map doesn’t show upcoming events.

MemberHi hpaum99,
It doesn’t look like you have either the map view or search bar enabled at this time, which makes it difficult to assess.
I note though that you tried deactivating all other plugins and switched at the same time to a default, unmodified theme – did you find the same problem occurred under those conditions?

ParticipantBarry,
Thanks for the reply. I’ve turned on all settings so you can see.
I did find the same problem when I tried disabling other plugins and changing the theme
Thanks,

MemberI’m really sorry for the long gap between replies, Hiren.
We’ve recently migrated to a new support tool and unfortunately that resulted in a few threads falling through the gaps. Please accept our apologies for this: can I confirm if you are still facing the same problem and, if so, can I also ask you to post your system information as found at the bottom of the Events → Help admin screen?
Thanks!

That’s pretty perplexing – thanks for your patience while we try to figure this out.
As this isn’t something we’ve seen widespread reports of (and cannot replicate ourselves) I wonder if we could basically try the same troubleshooting steps but ‘in reverse’. Can you create a new installation of WordPress – if it is in a similar or the same environment, perhaps in a subdirectory, that should be fine – and initially install only our plugins. See if the same issue occurs then (if it does let me know before you go ahead and add anything else so I can take a look at things under those conditions).
Is that possible here?
Thanks!

MemberClosing this one out as it’s been a while without any update. Of course if we can assist with anything else please don’t hesitate to open a new thread. Thanks!
