Hi there,
I believe you guys are aware of that bug since I’ve seen it in the forum, but it doesn’t look like there is any solution right now.
My events are set to EST time, and the google calendar import and ical are working fine with the correct time. However, when events are picked up by search engines thanks to the json markup code, they have the wrong time zone. It looks like it’s using UTC.
I’ve tried playing with the WP settings in the Event Calendar plugin, without luck.

Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I don’t see any known bugs like this with current versions of our plugins. I notice you’re using version 4.3 of both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro, and an outdated version of WordPress.
Can you please update your site’s version of WordPress to its current version, 4.7.1? Next, can you update The Events Calendar to 4.4.0.1, and Events Calendar Pro to 4.4?
Once those are all up to date, try reproducing these same issues—let us know what you find!
Thanks,

Thanks for your answer. I updated WP and the plugin (both regular and pro), but still, the problem remains.
For example, if you look at that event http://sunshinecentres.com/event/seniors-together-place-16-2017-01-25/ you’ll see the event last from 11 am to 2pm
but the source code markup says:
“startDate”:”2017-01-25 16:00:00″,”endDate”:”2017-01-25 19:00:00″January 24, 2017 at 9:21 pm #1223382GeorgeParticipantThanks for confirming you’ve updated, @Jacquie—sorry to hear that issues persist.
Can you share a screenshot of the “Time and Date” section of the edit screen for the specific event you linked to? (http://sunshinecentres.com/event/seniors-together-place-16-2017-01-25/)
To clarify, this “Time and Date” section is where the time, date, and recurrence options are configured for an event. Here is an example of what a “Time and Date” screenshot might look like → https://cldup.com/JLJmZjrBFx-3000×3000.png
You can share screenshots by uploading the images to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thanks!
