Event Info Display

Can I include information about an event that isn’t visible to the public? (For example, can I include event staffing somewhere on the event set up that wouldn’t be visible on calendar? Could I show that a facility is “Booked” to the public and in the description have the renter’s info that only I could see?)

Hi Katie

With the “custom fields” option, you will be able to create additional meta data on your events without that displaying on the front end. To access that, you’d go to Events » Settings » Additional Fields and check the box to show “custom fields”. Anything entered in these will not automatically appear on the front end.
