Event imported but not showing

    Hi. I’ve set up Eventbrite integration and successfully imported an event, however the second event I’ve tried to import is not showing on the page http://www.theplatform.org.uk/our-events/, even though it says it has imported successfully. I’ve cleared my cache several times. Please tell me how to solve this issue. The event is live here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/myevent?eid=31351139101

    Hi. Can you find this event in your wp-admin list of events (at /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events)?

    If yes, please send a screenshot of its wp-admin event edit screen so I can see its status (e.g. Published) and start/end times and Eventbrite details.

    Hi – I can’t locate that (and certainly don’t want to tell my client, for whom I’m creating the website, to do that) but please see screenshot attached which confirms that the event is published.

    I’m unable to see what that Eventbrite event is. Trying to visit it asks me to sign in and then displays

    You do not have permission for this event.

    Therefore, I can’t know if one of those 2 published events is actually the one from Eventbrite.

    If it were, you could click to Edit it and then send me that screenshot I requested.

    If your Eventbrite event isn’t published and public, that’d be an issue here as well.

    Please send me a link to the public Eventbrite event.

    Is it not this event: http://www.theplatform.org.uk/event/action-learning-sets-for-startup-social-entrepreneurs/ ?

    I see you have an outdated version of Eventbrite Tickets installed.

    Please update to the latest version and see if this makes the Eventbrite tickets display for this event.
