ParticipantA client site is having this exact same issue. Following notes in other threads, we:
-tried disabling ALL plugins except Events Calendar and Events Calendar pro to no effect
-tried switching to a pristine copy of Twenty Seventeen theme to no effectFor now we have disabled month view until a fix is found because this is clearly a bug in ECP

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue as well – we are working on getting it resolved, but unfortunately I don’t have an ETA that I can give you at the moment as to when we will be able to release a fix.
As our extensions are free, additional features that we put out to provide enhancements to our premium plugins, they are not supported in the same way as our premium plugins are. However, we do our best to keep them up-to-date and providing value for our users, so rest assured that we will get a fix out for this as soon as we can! I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket for this issue, so as soon as this is released, you’ll be notified here.

The thread you linked to is regarding the Featured Image in Month View extension – I took another look at your events page, and this appears to be what you’re using on your site to add the featured image to month view – is this correct?
By default, the image displays in the tooltip, but not on the days in the calendar. If you’re not using this extension, please let me know how you added the images (another plugin, custom code, etc.), and I’ll be happy to see what I can recommend!

ParticipantHi Jennifer, this functionality with the image displaying in the month view exists in our site in month view even with a clean TwentySeventeen theme and NO plugins active except Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro. We do NOT have the extension you referenced installed so this functionality must now exist in one of the core plugins, yes?

Our extensions do have the potential to get added to core eventually, but this one has not yet gone through that process – you can see the default views here on our demo site. I took another look at your events page, and the images there appear to be coming from somewhere else (besides the default plugin functionality and the extension) –
If you look at HTML from the extension, you’ll see that the images are added inside a link in a “tribe-events-event-image” div – see screenshot.
They’re not showing up the same way on your site – see screenshot.
Can you verify that you don’t have any customizations running (you can check for this in your functions.php file and also by looking in your theme folder for a “tribe-events” folder, which could indicate a template override. After you switch to a default theme and disable all other plugins, did you clear out any caching that you might have (browser cache, server cache, and any caching done by plugins) and ensure that the “Enable The Month View Cache” setting under Events > Settings > Display is disabled?
