Hi,
I am trying to edit my tickets inside of my events and when I scroll down to bottom half of edit screen, the whole screen shakes and it won’t allow me to click and edit anything. When I scroll back to the top, everything works fine. Also, I believe I have already paid for the renewal license for Event Tickets Plus. I am confused why it keeps kicking back as failing to upgrade when I clean up plugin updates.
Thank you

Thank you for your support. So, I’ve gone in and deactivate, deleted,
re-installed and have paid the $89 (which I though it should be $79 for
renewal?). When I visit my account, it shows that I paid for this already
and it’s still asking me to renew? I’m extremely confused by why it still
won’t work?Here’s a few screenshots:

Thank you for writing back.

Alas, it does not seem like the screenshots made it for some reason.
Would you mind re-sending them via a link to something like Google Drive, Cloudup or Dropbox ?I will be better able to help you when I see the screenshot.

For many years we did offer a 79$ renewal discount.Unfortunately, we have phased out that this discount over the course of the last year.
In other words, $89 is the correct pricing.
Hang in there!
