    Hi there,

    I run into a small snag. And the time zones are set correctly.

    1) If looks as though if the event is less than three hours long, it disappears from the “upcoming event” list before the start time.
    Ex: I’m creating an event for July 30 from 11:00 AM through 1:30 PM. This event will disappear before 11:00 AM. However, if I set it for longer than 2.5 hours – like 4 hours long, then the event will NOT disappear before the start time.

    2) If the event is less than 3 hours long it won’t event show up on the “upcoming event” list. Ex: let’s say it’s 10:30 AM right now, I’m creating an event for 11:00 AM (in half an hour) through 1:30 PM. This event will NOT show up in the upcoming list. If I set it for 4 hours long, only then will it appear in the list.

    I need the events to not disappear before the start time regardless of how long the event is.

    I’d love to help you out with this! 🙂

    So a couple of questions:

    1. At what time do you stop selling tickets (or allowing RSVPs) this setting could be affecting when the event disappears from upcoming events.
    2. Has this always been the case, or is this a new issue? If it’s new, can you tell me when it first started?
    3. Are you up to date on all of our plugins?

    Hi Shelby,

    Our client just noticed it a couple of days ago – so to us it’s a new issue. We stop selling tickets whenever the event start time is. So if the event is set to start at 4:30 PM and ends at 6:30PM, I would like the event to disappear at 4:30PM and not before.

    I had set a tests event for today from 3:30PM – 5:00 PM and the event has already disappeared. Please see screen grab.

    I did not set the correct time zone in the WP setting. Thanks for looking into it.
