    Hi,

    When you view an event the cost field that shows in the event title details, after title, next to date, shows the currency symbol but in the details panel that shows start /end / cost / event category / organiser etc the currency symbol is not show before the cost. Can this be fixed please and how can it be shown in the meantime.

    Hi John – you’re absolutely right (and sorry for the inconvenience). We’ll take a look and if there is any workaround we can offer you before a substantive fix becomes available in an upcoming maintenance release we’ll be sure to share it with you 🙂

    Hi Barry,
    Any ideas for a workaround. Additionally when are your maintenance releases scheduled? i.e. do you do a release every week, 1st of month etc.

    We strive to issue maintenance releases on a monthly basis, though it’s not a rigidly set schedule as such. Please bear with us and we’ll update you as quickly as we can if there is a convenient means of working around this 🙂

    Hi John.

    As a temporary workaround for this problem can you try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file? That should resolve this problem and of course we’ll aim to roll out a substantive fix in one of the next few maintenance releases.

    No problem at all and, as before, we’ll aim to get a substantive fix out there soon (probably not the very next maintenance release, but soon thereafter).

    While it’s possible we may have inadvertently fixed it in addressing another issue and welcome your feedback to confirm or deny this once you’ve updated, we want to set your expectations.
