Google are ignoring many pages from my event calendar because the title is the same for many recurring events. Eg an event that takes place every day for a week and then again in a week or two, will have the same title using Events Calendar. Therefore Google ignore the second entry as it has the same Title as an older listing.

On a different system, which I hand built, I can include both the dates of the event and the location, meaning that every Title of every event is different. An example is:
    Pop Up Shops | 27 August 2015 to 1 September 2015 | Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk, PE31 8FB
    http://www.dalegatemarket.co.uk/events/indevent.asp?EventID=1853171884

Please can we have a way of adding shortcodes to the Title of the pages, to include not only the name of the event, but also the date and location, making the listings much more Google search engine friendly and dramatically improving the SEO of The Events Calendar system.

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This sounds like an interesting suggestion, we’d love to have it added to our UserVoice page for some community input/discussion.

One thing that does come to mind to me though, since the content for recurring events is always identical, wouldn’t you also need to be worried about all the duplicated content for those indexed pages?

    Thanks!
