Event Custom Field – Time/Date Picker

Hey guys. Love the update. Almost everything I ever wanted out of this plugin has been address except one little thing…

In the event custom field sections, how would I go about adding a time/date picker? The events I post have a beginning day, and end day, as well as a reception day with a time..

Hey John. That functionality doesn’t exist yet but it’s a good idea; I’ve logged this with our team as a feature suggestion for a future release. No promises or timetable on inclusion but it’s definitely on the radar now. Thanks for your suggestion and please let us know if you need anything else.

..is there a way to tie into the existing calendar date picker?

Hey John. You may be able to tie it into the existing calendar date picker; our developer (also named John) would know better than I. He’s out for the rest of the week but I should be able to get you an answer come Monday. Sorry it can’t be sooner than that. If you figure it out in the meantime just give me a shout and I’ll tell him to ignore it.

This should be possible. We are using the jQuery UI Datepicker so you could add custom javascript to tie into the text field
