"Event Cost" not displaying when edit Event

We have imported events, including the Event Cost field. However when we view the Event this field is not displayed anywhere. As well we are using Event Tickets Plus. Maybe that is impacting things? We do see the “Price” field when adding a new Ticket. (As an aside we were hoping to do a CSV import of Tickets as well but can find no documentation on how to link Tickets to Events – just use the Event ID?)

Display the Event Cost Field When Ticket Plugins are Installed
