ParticipantHi! I have transferred my site from local development to live, and a custom font file did not come across properly. Having reinstalled that and having events content styled in html, the headings have not changed to the custom font despite all caches been flushed. The now active google maps is also not showing. I have been into events, made amendments and resaved, no changes came through. What else do I need to do?
For example the home page you can see the script font madelyn working: http://www.yogafromtheheart.com.au
but on an organizer page and all events, that font does not come up: https://yogafromtheheart.com.au/organizer/clare-raffety/

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like this is something that you had working on your development site? If so, then there might be some settings there that are different from your live site.
As a first step, I would recommend adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
If this doesn’t make a difference, then you may need to get the events pages to use your new font. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThanks, but that hasn’t helped.
The styles come from html not the css, and are still not updating. Also, when a time is changed on an event (so it is now after one it was previously before) the order does not change in calendar view.
There must be some kind of internal setting where I can refresh all of the event data?
I have reset cloudflare, the host cache, the static cache, and the cache plugin and none of it has moved.

KeymasterHello,
Regarding the month view, there is a separate month view cache – you can disable this under Events > Settings > Display > Enable the month view cache. Is your new time showing up correctly on the single event page and on other views (such as list view)? If not, then the next step here would be to run through these instructions (or use a plugin like Health Check) to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply.
Other than that setting, there isn’t another way to “refresh” the events pages – clearing out the caching as you mentioned is the right way to do it!
If you are still running into issues with the map, then I would first recommend taking a look at this article – there have also been some recent changes to the Google Maps API, which could be part of the issue here.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer
