Event cancellation – The events calendar

Hello,
I have the following situation: some of my events need to have a minimum quorum in order to happen. For example: if less than 20 RSVP, it will be cancelled.
– Can this cancellation be made automatically?
– Will the plugin send a cancelation email to the RSVP?
– If so, is this message editable?
