Event calendar – Set no location?

Just a question as I’m looking for a suitable event calendar that will do two things:

1. Typical events with a venue.
2. Publish an event such a music release date for a single, album, etc. which has no location.

With this plugin could I create a category for music releases which can be set to no location?

That’s exactly right–The Events Calendar can do all of those right out of the box and is a free download on WordPress here:

If you add Events Calendar PRO to the mix, that enables pages for your venues and organizers which might be a cool touch for your events.

You know, I honestly have never worked with PeepSo and am not sure it would integrate it The Events Calendar. We do, however, have another free plugin called Event Tickets that adds an RSVP functionality to The Events Calendar.

Ah, I was looking for more of a Facebook functionality where a logged in WordPress user could say they’ll be attending. I think I’ll just have to miss out on that feature for now until Peepso develop their events addon, or use phpFox.
