ParticipantHi Geoff
I am following up your reply to my earlier emails (forum 14/2) as I have now ticked the box to provide you with my complete system info. to allow private exchanges.
Please see our last exchange below:
1. The RSVP ticket/order box is not rendering correctly (see .png below). The borders around the ticket numbers in the far left hand box are not the same – the ‘-‘ sign has a line to the right of it . Also, there is no top line border on the 2nd box. How do I fix this?
This is most likely a question of CSS rules.Additionally, would it be possible to get the URL of a sample event that has a ticket on your site ?
Please see this url (I have hidden it on the site)

MemberHi Jules,
Thanks again for the heads up! This is indeed a scenario where Avada’s custom CSS is conflicting with Event Ticket’s CSS styling. If you haven’t let Avada know about it as well, please do, but here is some CSS that should help you get by in the meantime:
.tribe-tickets-rsvp .tribe-ticket.quantity { width: 100% !important; }You can add that either to your style.css file or on the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen. Here’s a screenshot of how that looks when I tested it on your site. Let me know if it works for you as well. 🙂
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Geoff
That’s great. I will get this done this evening and let you know.
As you suggested, I will drop a note to AVADA about it as they do
integrate your product into their theme so it really shouldn’t conflict. Many thanks.
