Event Calendar Pro does not display Event RSVP tickets

I installed Event Tickets with my Events Calendar Pro. However the RSVP ticket does not show up on my site.

I have set every thing and the plugins work great except the Ticket integration it just doesn’t appear on the page..

Events is under the tab What’ New

I would appreciate anything you can help with

I was able to see the RSVP form at the bottom of http://www.functionalmedicineconsultant.net/event/general-meeting-chandler-arizona/2017-04-19/.

Are RSVPs missing elsewhere?
