Event Calendar PRO 3.5.2 vs Event Calendar 3.3.1 Upgrade issue

Hi,

I’m having the issue mentioned in https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/upgrade-issue-2/. Was there a resolution? How can I upgrade my events calendar without loosing any data? All other plugins updated correctly.
