Hi Peter, that sounds unusual.
Can you confirm that all of your Events Calendar plugins are up-to-date and in synch? By “in synch” I mean that if you are running The Events Calendar 2.0.9 you should also have the same version of Events Calendar PRO installed.
Are you also able to check with your web host and ensure that your web hosting account meets the WordPress minimum requirements? (It’s entirely possible that it doesn’t and WordPress will still work under some circumstances, however it could lead to other unusual problems.)
Since you’ve already exhausted the usual steps of disabling other plugins and your theme then I’m not sure there is much else I can suggest via the forum – so if you are happy to provide this level of access and none of the other steps I mentioned prove to be useful, please:
- Ensure you have made a complete back-up
- Email WordPress admin credentials to me at [email protected] – making sure to mark the email for my attention
- Be aware that I will repeat the same steps (of disabling other plugins and changing the theme) as part of the troubleshooting process, as even if this doesn’t solve the problem it may yield other useful information
