ParticipantHey,
For some reason, when my mouse rolled over the event in Calendar page, it will keep adding the same information in the column.
Is there a way to fix it?August 11, 2016 at 11:38 pm #1150833Brook
ParticipantHowdy,
I would love to help you with this. I am not sure I fully understand what is happening. Is there any way I could see this in action on your site? I tried the site URL you shared but it is password protected.
If I can not see it in person, perhaps you could take a screenshot or screepcapture of what’s happening?
Cheers!

ParticipantSorry about the name confusion. I just changed the account info.
And you are right I switch to Twenty Sixteen theme, and everything is ok.
Is it easy to solve the conflict issue or should I just change to different theme and make it work?August 16, 2016 at 11:14 pm #1152453Brook
ParticipantIt is working for me again, the tooltip is showing and no duplicates are appearing. This is all very strange.
I am not able to determine the cause of the conflict on my end, I’ve done all I can remotely. But if you want to keep diving in you could try disabling your theme’s scripts, assuming you are still seeing the problem. Typically they are all in a folder in your theme. Try temporarily renaming the directory and testing, if the problem goes away you know it’s a theme script. Rename the directory back, now try renaming each file inside of it until the problem goes away again. You’ve now isolated it down to one file. If you share the file here I might be able to help more.
So it’s up to you, if you’d like yo walk through those debugging steps we might be able to fix your theme. If you’d prefer to switch the theme though, then go that route. Most every theme is The Events Calendar compatible, and I have never seen this issue before so it’s basically a guarantee you won’t see it again.
Cheers!

ParticipantSo I switch to Twenty Sixteen theme. And yesterday it looks fine, but not today.
The same problem still exists.
I use another computer to take a look, it always good one moment and then when I revisit the site and it not. Also, I notice when it shows the tooltip, there is the message show on top of the browser.
The message is below:
Warning: mysql_num_fields() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/progres3/public_html/sharedcomms.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 3026Do you know what it is? Maybe it is the problem?
