I try out Event calendar and event ticket before buying the pro.
I didn’t understand the “public attendee list” because i cant’t see the attendees as logged in user when i take a view to an event.
It’s public or isn’t it?
I am looking for a function that other users can see who is an attendee of an event.
There is BOTH an admin-facing attendees list and a public-facing list. The admin-facing list can be used to manage attendees at the event; it’s for event organizers to check folks in and stuff, for example.
The public-facing list is optional, and simply shows “who will be attending” at the event it displays on.
If you’re looking for the option in your free version of Event Tickets, then that’s the problem here—sorry for not clarifying that!
The public attendees list only exists in the Event Tickets Plus add-on for Event Tickets.
There is simply a checkbox when you create tickets—”Display attendees on the front end.” When checked, of course, attendees will display on the front end.
