event-caldendar map

Hi,
my event-calendar pro shows africa when i got to map-view. All other google apis i have changed to text/embed code. The regular map at the venue-site is working. Just the view map at the calendar shows no venues, instead it shows the westcoast of africa?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. It looks like the Google Maps API can’t find the particular address for this event. When this happens the Google Maps API returns (0,0) coordinates for the latitude and longitude, which just happen to be located in West Africa. 🙂

To resolve this, you’ll need to specify your own Latitude and Longitude for this specific address. There’s a third-party plugin called event rocket, which extends The Events Calendar and will allow you to do this.
