    Hi

    I’d like to ask about the limitation on Event Bright with recurring events. Namely, if I create a recurring event, can I then import the individual events from the series into Event Bright?

    Its not as graceful as be if it were 100% automatic but it would be quicker than manually creating individual events.

    Secondly; I would like customers to receive some form of printable ticket after they’ve made a purchase & I would like to avoid any unnecesary manual configuration. Is there anyway with with EC Tickets OR EB Tickets to use a generic design and simple pull the event title into the top of the ticket?

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    I can help answer your questions.

    You could use Pro to create a recurring event and then go back and edit every single instance and connect it to Eventbrite.

    After you do that though the recurring series will be broken and each event will be a single event again.

    That should work, but not a direct feature so it has not been tested.

    We do not have any methods of features to modify the Eventbrite tickets that is all handled on their end. With out other ticketing plugins they already have a default view and you could modify it following our themer’s guide to change it a bit for all tickets.

    Thanks for the response. In regards to donation based events; is this something that will appear in your road map as a future development?

    You’re Welcome.

    I am not sure what you mean by Donation Based Events.

    If you would like to request Donation Based Events please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
