Event Approval for First Event Only

I’d like to approve events for new users only, so when they register the first time. Once a person is registered and I’ve approved them or their event, I’d like to automatically accept their events without review.

Alternatively, I’d like for users to not be able to submit an event until I have approved their registration.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there is no built-in setting to achieve this functionality.
