    I renewed my event aggregator add-on in May of this year and I’m getting a notice in the green screen atop my account in The Events Calendar website that my license has expired. Not only that, when I go to import an event in WordPress, I get a drop-down prompt informing me I need to ‘Buy Event Aggregator. And yet, when I go into my Events Calendar License Key section, it indicates I’m good until May 2018. Please help! These calendars are a very important part of my websites. Thanks, Mike

    Hello Michael,

    Thanks for getting in touch and I’m really sorry about this licensing glitch.

    I checked your account, you have 2 Event Aggregator licenses, one of which is expired. (The notice might be for this.) The other is valid for almost another year. As a first please make sure that you have the valid license entered on your site. (I’m sorry if this is what you already referred to above. It wasn’t fully clear for me whether you see that under Events > Settings > Licenses or on theeventscalendar.com in your account.)

    Enter the key, wait for the green validation message to appear, then hit save. Hitting save before the validation is done will not save your license key.

    Please also check your Event Aggregator System Status under Events > Help. (Should look something like this.)

    Also we have received reports of this issue from our users. While you check if you have the correct license key I will check for a status update on this issue.

    I had the right key (I double checked) but now it appears to be working and
    I’m not getting that prompt to purchase the add-on anymore.

    However I did just try to set up a scheduled important and got this message:

    There was an error fetching the results from your import: undefined

    Great to here the license key issue got solved.

    Regarding the import, since it is undefined it is difficult to say what the issue could be.

    If you can share with me the feed / URL you had an issue importing, then I can run some tests with it and see if we can find something.
