Event Aggregator question

Hi there,

We’re looking for a way to do scheduled imports from 1 or multiple external calendar sources. It seems like the Event Aggregator is exactly what we need.

We just have one question before ordering the plugin:
When the calendar is synced once a day and the event on let’s say Google Calendar is altered, will the whole event on the website be deleted and replaced with the new information? We ask this because our client wants to add more information and categories to events after the initial import. And if the information changes, they don’t want to add the information again.

Hi Ruben

With Event Aggregator, we offer 3 settings for events as they are imported:

• Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source.
• Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.
• Import events but preserve local changes to event fields

Does that help answer the question?
