    Hi,

    I’ve just renewed the license for this today, my imports no longer work and setting up a new import only allows me to use a CSV import and nothing else…

    Any ideas why it’s suddenly stopped being useful?

    Hey James,

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with Event Aggregator.

    Can you verify that your EA license key is still saved within The Events Calendar Pro? The setting is under Events → Settings → Licences.

    If that field is blank, go ahead and paste your key, save and import away!

    Yes the licence key is in place and valid until next year

    Thanks for getting back to us James.

    Please delete the key from Events → Settings → Licences and save. Also head over to → https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and copy the EA key. Also remove the site from under Event Aggregator.

    Now paste the key back in your WP dashboard and save. Should be good to go!
