Event Aggregator – Google Calendar Images/Attachments

Hi,

I’m interested in the Event Aggregator add-on and had a question regarding images related to Google Calendar imports. Will Event Aggregator import any attachments (images specifically) that are setup in a Google Calendar event? I’m curious to know if event specific images will need to be added to events after they are imported from Google Calendar or if an image attached to a Google Calendar event can be imported and used as the events featured image.

Thanks for reaching out! At this time, it isn’t possible to import images from Google Calendar within Event Aggregator.

Thank you for the quick reply and clarification. I have one quick follow up question. If I were to add featured images to events imported from Google Calendar using Event Aggregator will the images be removed the next time Event Aggregator imports from Google Calendar or will Event Aggregator update the event information and leave any modifications made to that event (ie. an added featured image) during the next import? Thanks!

Sure thing Joe! Good question; the featured images you add will not be removed if you did subsequent imports. 🙂
