That is certainly strange! I honestly have not seen an order take so long to process before, but do indeed see that it has been stuck in Pending since 1/13.
I’m going to go on good faith here and generate am Event Aggregator license for you and just hope the order goes through as expected. At best, you can check your account now and the licenses should be in there. At worst, the order will go through and you will have two licenses. 🙂
