Event Aggregate license not activating features

We purchased an event aggregate license for one of our sites but it does not activate the additional import features. Can you please look into it?

I’ll be happy to look into this for you! I see a few EA licenses on your account – could you please paste the license you are referring to into a private reply? Also, when you say it’s not activating the additional import features, can you elaborate a bit more on what you mean? Are you able to see the additional EA sources listed?
