Event Add Form has a date I can't remove?

Somehow it has a date right below the post title and I can’t seem to find the source of it, I would like it removed.

Hi! I can’t actually locate the problem in that screenshot … could you be a little more specific or, if you have the tools to do it, perhaps edit the screenshot and draw a big red circle around the problem?

The problem was a conditional tag on a widget. It’s been fixed.
