ParticipantHi
Just noticed that EVP Pro 4 will offer a free ticketing for events option – can you yet say how sophisticated this will be? Specifically, will it enable variable prices for an event, and which will display accordingly. I often find that add-ons, even your woocommerce one, doesn’t display the price options until you actually start the booking process.
Do we know when 4 is coming out? I guess you’ll be cagey about saying but thought I’d try anyway!
best wishes

ParticipantHey AJ,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in Events Calendar Pro! We don’t quite know when it will be released – if everything goes to plan, we’re really working hard to try and get it out before it’s 2016, but it’s an ambitious release so to be completely candid that could be pushed back a bit.
As for the ticketing features specifically, these will be in a separate and free plugin. The features will be essentially the same as the existing WooCommerce Tickets add-on, at least for the initial release of the plugin. If by “variable prices” you mean, for example, that you can have one ticket at $20 for adults, then another option for $15 for kids, then another option for $12.50 for Seniors or something like this, then yes that should be supported well.
I hope this helps! Let me know any further questions you might have, or if I can help with anything else 🙂
Cheers,

ParticipantThanks George (or whoever it might be today!)
That sounds positive. Could I therefore get a refund on the woocommerce add-on we bought in September? It’s not been used on a live site (just a test site so far)…
Many thanks, and good luck with the new release – no slacking now! Crack on!

ParticipantHey Ajay,
Still George here 🙂 For help with getting a refund, please email [email protected] with a copy of your original order receipt (which should have your “Order Number” featured prominently in the header) and the fact that you want a refund.
This will be a tricky one because we can only process refunds within 30 days of purchase; but depending on the payment option you chose at checkout, we can work with that payment processor to try and get a refund issued anyways. There’s a slight amount of wiggle-room some of the time depending on the payment processor and such, so we’ll work with you and do our best over email there.
Thanks for your patience with this Ajay!
Cheers,
