error when trying to upload the update

I have one website with your software uploaded. When I try to update the current release I receive the message below. My account is current. Please advise

An error occurred while updating Event Tickets Plus: Update package not available.

Updating Plugin The Events Calendar PRO (2/2)
An error occurred while updating The Events Calendar PRO: Update package not available.

Like I said in the other thread, cleaning your transients might solve this problem.

If you can’t automatically update the plugins from your WordPress dashboard, you can always perform manual updates. Please read our documentation for more information about this.
