Error when sync’ing from Facebook

    Hi,

    My automatic sync’ing stopped a couple of days ago, but I could manually sync. I tried today again, but now my manual sync fails with the following error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘*’, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/heartlan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Aggregator/Record/Queue_Cleaner.php on line 10

    My Config is:

    [removed by admin]

    Any reason why this is happening?

    Hello Dawid,

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    I’m sorry about the issue with automatic importing not always working. We are aware of this since a couple of days and our devs are already working on a fix.

    As for the error message with the manual import, I’m going to need to check that with the developers.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix for the automatic import is released. In the meantime we can still continue the discussion here, and I’ll update you if I get any news of the error message.

    If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.

    Just wanted to share with you that a new Feature Release 4.5.4 for The Events Calendar plugin is out, which includes a fix for this issue 🙂
