John
ParticipantWe had purchased The Events Calendar Pro originally. Then at some point I accidentally downloaded and installed The Events Calendar standard. So I have had both standard and Pro installed on the site. I was afraid to remove the standard for fear that it would remove all of the enteries made since.
Now with that background information out of the way, here is my problem. I saw that an update was available for the standard and I installed it. So I am now running 2.0.6 Standard and 2.0.5 Pro AFter hitting update on the Standard I got the error messages:
Your version of Events Calendar Pro requires version 2.0.5 or higher of The Events Calendar (you are currently running 2.0.6). Visit help for more information.
When I clicked on “help” it took me to http://shylock.local/moderntribe/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=tribe-settings&tab=help
I am just looking for some guidance on how to correct this. Also, does this new version finally include the public release of the Eventbrite addon?

ParticipantI figured this out. It turns out that the event calendar pro was licensed to our development server and not to our clients site. I manually updated the events calendar pro version and the error has gone away. However this has brought up another issue.
I have attempted to a few times to unregister the license key from our development server, but your site is not doing that. Each time I click unregister on the license page it just refreshes the screen and never unregisters it.
What am I doing wrong?

ParticipantHi John,
There’s currently an issue with the unregistration code that won’t be worked out for another week or two. For now, you’ll need to just stick with the manual upgrades.
Let me know if you have any other questions about this.
