I have The Event Calendar Pro 3.9 The Event Calendar (core) installed on my WP website (WP version 4.7.3). I updated the core plugin to 4.4.5. WP was telling me The Event Calendar PRO was out of date and needed to be updated but my license needed to be renewed. I created a new account for site and purchased a new 1 year support license and retrieved the license key. I went back to WP, updated the license key for Pro plug in (under Events-Settings-Licenses) and got the green message showing me the new expiration date for 2018. I didn’t see an update button for the Pro version in the Plug In list, so I clicked on add Plug In – upload zip file and uploaded the zip file for 4.4.6 that I downloaded from my account. The plugin update failed with this message:
Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnas01_data03/61/4021061/html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/
How do I resolve this? Am I supposed to delete the prior Pro plug in from my site and then re-install it, and if so, will I be able to activate with my license key I just got and used in the last update process?
