ERROR: tribe_events_linked_posts is not defined

Hello, when we want to add an event with the URL /events/community/add/ displayed a JS error in console: events-admin.min.js ver = 4.2.2: 1 Uncaught ReferenceError: tribe_events_linked_posts is not defined

We implement possible solutions andhttps://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/object-tribe_events_linked_posts-is-undefined/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/theme-conflict-venedor-breaking-add-another-rule-button/ but I can not solve.

Returning The Event Calendar Plugin to version 4.1.3 could fix the error. But we also had to buy back the plugin (
The Events Calendar: Community Events) to version 4.1.1 so that everything works well.

What solution can be to this problem?

Hey there and welcome to the forums!

I see you tried the following:

• Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
• Switched to a default theme? Yes

Did you happen to notice a difference when running the latest versions of the plugins (4.2.2)? How about when deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme together?

The reason I ask is because I do not get the same JS error in the console on my test site (screenshot). That makes me think there is a conflict with either the theme, another installed plugin, or both.

Let’s start with that and see what we find. 🙂
