    Hi Filippo!

I’m sorry you are getting that error. Let me help you troubleshoot that.

Could you please let me know a bit more about when you are getting that error? Is the error showing up when previewing a new import or after clicking the import button?

Also, could you please go to Events > Help and share a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status ?

    Let us know about that.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    hi!
Here’s the status windows you asked about:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/h4e3x5u5ucac0aw/eventcalendar.PNG?dl=0

The error happens in both the following situations:
    – automatic hourly import
    – “run now” button in the scheduled imports tab.
The thing is when i hit the “preview” button inside the “edit import” i see the events.

I’m keeping an eye on the “Event Log” in help (active since yesterday) but nothing shows up (not even in apache log. Not a clue from wp-debug aswell.

    Hi Filippo!

Thanks for following up with this.

Could you please let me know the status of Server Connection and Scheduler Status of your Import Services that is shown below the info you shared in the screenshot?

Also, what happens if you create a One-time import ? Do you get the same error too?

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi!
I’ve just tried the single import and it does actually work, i tried again the scheduled (same page) and I’ve got the same error.

I’ve uploaded here a screenshot of the import services situation.

    Hi Filipo!

Thanks for testing that and for sending the screenshot. That is a strange issue.

Could you please try re-scheduling one of the imports that are failing and see if it works?

What happens if you edit one the scheduled imports and save it again? Does it work after that?

Please let me know about this.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi!
I’ve tried the re-schedule and it didn’t work.
I tried for the third time this week the “delete&recreate” the importation and this time it worked.
I’m a bit unconfortable to deliver this to my client since has been breaking every couple of months i hope it will become more stable.
