ParticipantI have been trying to import my previous calendar from Timely’s Hub both as an iCal link and an ICS file, but I keep getting error message after error message. I have about 5000 events that need importing. I have tried importing the file all at once and as smaller segments of my calendar, but I still get this same error message.
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /home/jerseyf4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Meta_Builder.php on line 152
On the few occasions, I don’t get that message I just get ‘frozen’ in the importing screen where the status bar shows it starting but the process never completes. I also don’t have any problems importing other website’s calendars onto my own.
I am not sure if it matters, but I do have an older version of Timely’s plug in on my site. It is not set up to show it anywhere but I do have that so I can access the event listings, in the event I can’t import my Hub calendar into the Modern Tribe’s. This way I still have some events I can copy and paste over. The plug in is not activated.
I am desperate for help because until I can move over my previous events from the Hub I can not start letting my users see the calendar.

MemberHello Jennifer!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I’m really sorry you are experiencing issues trying to import those events. Let me try to help you with that.
I’m not really familiar with Timely’s system or plugin, but I understand you want to import events from it but somehow is failing to do so.
5000 events is a lot of events to import, so you’ll need to take into account your server resources for that amount of events to be handled.
Could you please share with us (in a private reply if you’d like) a copy of the ICS file or the iCal link from where you are trying to import the events from? This way we can make some tests on our end and see if we find any problems ?
Thanks,
