Error message and lost account info

    We don’t have any of our login info anymore due to changes in web page staffing.

    We are getting this error message:
    It looks like you’re using The Events Calendar: iCal Importer, but the license key you supplied does not appear to be valid or is missing. Please review and fix so that you can always have access to our latest versions!

    You can find your license keys by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com and you can enter them over on the settings page.

    We want to find our license keys, but don’t know how. What can we do?????

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about these issues!

    We cannot provide technical support here in our free “Pre-Sales Questions”, so the first thing to do here is to get your account issues sorted out so that you can log in and post your support questions to a premium forum here on http://theeventscalendar.com

    To do this, please copy the full text of the iCal Importer license key that is in your wp-admin, and paste that license key into an email to this email address:

    support at theeventscalendar.com

    We can use that license key to look up your account information and help from there, though that discussion must proceed over email because it’s dealing with private information.
