I’m receiving the error: “There may be an issue with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.”
I renewed my licence yesterday (12/11/17) and ran an update which provided the error. I put it down to the new licence not having registered immediately.
I’ve read through the forums. Delinked the account, relinked it, deleted the app and reinstalled the latest version and am still getting this error.
When I try to add a new import then I only get the option to import from CSV, not from Facebook. Is this down to the licence I’ve paid for or is there something else up?
