error fetching the results from your import: Unknown service message

Similarily to a previous post, I just bought the Event Aggregator to automatically fetch facebook events, and my first attempt to connect to an existing group resulted in “There was an error fetching the results from your import: Unknown service message”

how can I resolve that?
