MemberHello!
I purchased an Events Calendar PRO personal license, set up a test site, translated your plugin and tested it – everything worked fine. Then I moved the test site to my clients server and didn’t set up the calendar for a while (but the plugin was enabled all the time!) – WordPress site http://www.komisijazasolanje.si worked fine.
Today I tried to publish some events, and I even succeeded publishing one (thought I got an error establishing database message sometimes and had to reload the page) but now my site has fallen apart, the theme is broken, I keep getting an error establishing database message! When I disable the PRO plugin, the site works fine!
I don’t understand. Please help.

MemberI disabled the PRO plugin and layed with the frr plugin. I discovered also that when I publish one event, the even is seen on the frontend, but it’s not seen in the backend. The events are in the database but I can’t see them in WordPress.

MemberHey Neja. Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having issues. This is definitely not a core behavior of the plugin so it sounds like there is something else at play here. You’re on the 2.0.4 code for both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, right?
If so, are you in a position where you can test deactivating other plugins, and reverting to the default 2011 theme as needed, to see if there’s a conflict there? If we can identify that it’ll be the first step in helping troubleshoot this. Thanks in advance.

MemberHello!
No, I don’t have version 2.0.4 installed, but 2.0.3. I am in no position right now to do anything, because the guys at the hosting server of the site discovered that at my test site (where your plugin was working fine) there was a never version of MySQL. So they’ll upgrade it I believe, but I’m not sure how fast. In the mean time I lost some database privileges because if I turn on your plugin their database go nuts!Anyway, I have to wait for those guys, maybe the problem is on their hosting server. If not, I will be back there. Thanks!

MemberAlright awesome. After the hosting server issue is looked into, let us know what else you need from us (if the issue persists). Definitely want to get it resolved if our plugin is causing weird behavior.
