I just installed the Events Cal Pro & cant get the plugin to work. When I click the EVENTS tab the site just posts a blank page. with no errors or anything. When i view source, its giving me everything before – I think its a conflict with the THEME & need to hunt down the problem. Lemme know of any ideas

    Hi Carrie,

Here are some things to try:

    1. Are you running the latest version of WordPress.
    2. Are you running the latest versions of our plugins (2.0.6)
    3. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict?
    4. Have you tried reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if it’s something with your theme?
    5. Try setting your permalinks to ‘postname’ in Settings > Permalinks
    6. Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks (it does it automatically)
    7. Try increasing the PHP memory for your website: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

Let me know whether or not any of that helps.

    Cheers,
    Jonah

Yea, i have tried all these and I think it has something to do with my custom theme & a conflict in both of them~ It seems to be posting everything up to the /HEAD then it errors out with a white browser. Really want to get this working on our site :/

    Hi Carrie,

You can try turning WP_DEBUG on to see what errors are there: http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

That will help you narrow down what it is in your theme that’s causing the issue.

Gotcha. Thanks for the follow-up, Carrie. Not sure if Jonah saw your follow-up so I’ve asked him to take a look and respond directly with any thoughts he may have today. Stay tuned.
