Serious error, this needs to be fixed right away….
I cannot have my website down in maintenance mode. When is the fix for this going to come out?

MemberGood evening Melanie and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. We are actively working on a solution for this. The fix is currently pending release (most likely in our next maintenance release).
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. In the meantime, when something like this happens, after a backup of your database, we typically recommend downgrading back to the last working version of our plugins on your site.
I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
In this case, I can guarantee that Event Tickets 4.5.7 and the Events Calendar 4.6.5 would most likely buy you some time.
Best regards,

And why is it my job to do a downgrade- when I am paying for a service that is not being provided?
What is the date of the next maintenance release? And when is this going to be fixed? This issue has not been resolved, nor do I have the time to do a downgrade. Nor should I have to, because events calendar has a “glitch.”

ParticipantAs well, it very clearly states: Please note that if you choose to downgrade to an outdated version, we cannot provide support. We are only able to provide support when you are runnings the most up to date versions of our plugins.
I am not downgrading, nor do I have the time, and nor will I get support if something goes wrong during the downgrade…

As well, I am also using Events Calendar Pro.. So where is the glitch, and why is this happening?

Hi,
It appears the release has gone down sometime last night! We shall see if it works.

MemberHey there Melanie
We’ve just released an update that should fix this bug. You can read more about it at http://m.tri.be/19tp. Please update your plugins and let us know if you are still experiencing this or if we can close out this ticket.
Note: We suggest testing updates on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Thanks
