ParticipantDear Support,
When my community want to submit an event through our submission link (http://www.maddyness.com/agenda/mesevenements/ajouter), they got an 503 error.
Can you please fix this ?
Thank you

MemberHello Etienne,
I see what you mean–I just tried submitting and event on your site and got a 503 error.
I see the following errors in the console when inspecting the site:
Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help, check http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.
It would not pinpoint the error, but I have a feeling it’s server related, as most 503 errors are.
Just to cover all our bases, will you please try the steps outlined in this guide? It will help us determine if there are any conflicts between the plugin and your theme or perhaps another installed plugin. It would also be awesome if you could go to Events > Settings > Help, scroll to the bottom of the screen, copy your system information and paste it here as a private reply.
Let’s start here and see what we find. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberHi Etienne,
Sorry for the late reply–our staff was out for the Thanksgiving holiday but we’re back in action now. 🙂
The feed for your events is located here:
http://www.maddyness.com/agenda/feedI put that through the RSS validator and it passed. Does it work for you as well?
Cheers!
