Participanthello,
after updating to 3.11 it is not possible to add an new event. It appears the error page 404.
The events are displayed properly otherwise on all sides.
In version 3.10 everything worked fine.Best regards

ParticipantHowdy Haurand,
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues. Have you tried a permalink flush? The first steps in this guide walk you through how to do that: Troubleshooting 404 Page Not Found errors. Does that fix things?

ParticipantHi Brook:
I have tried all the steps outlined and none of them managed to solve the problem.
Permalinks
Try pasting this snippet in your functions.php file
1) Switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme
2) Disable all plugins except Tribe Events plugins
3) Clear your browser cache, and retestSaludos,

ParticipantHowdy Brook,
I have tried to fix the problem with the described solutions but unfortunately without success:
1. Flush Permalinks
2. Try pasting snippets in my functions.php file.
3. error page 404 appears only when trying to add a new event.
4. All other event sites work well.Further information please see private reply
Best regards

ParticipantThank you all for reporting what you have tried. I am investigating further why this might be happening. This has not been happening for me in my tests, nor for a couple of other folks. So I am going to request more of the team tries testing it on their system. If one of us can reproduce it it will be much easier to craft a solution.
I will get back to you.

ParticipantHowdy Stephan,
I am sorry to not get back to you sooner. Last week I was suddently pulled away on a family emergency, and some of the other kind gents here were covering my topics. But, they accidentally missed this one. I will check tomorrow to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

ParticipantHi Brook,
i´m sorry to hear that – i hope your family is ok.
As i can see in several posts in two different threads, there are many others experiencing this 404 problem..
Would be nice to have that fixed – but of course: family first!
take your time
cheers

ParticipantHi Stephan,
I just installed the old version of this plugin (Community Events 3.10) on my local server.
The plugin now works properly again.
That is perhaps for you a temporary solution that will help you.
Download on https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
@Brook: family first! – good luckBest regards
